Cucumber Pineapple Mint Smoothie ๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿฅ‘

If you're looking for a quick and easy, deliciously refreshing smoothie - I've got you covered with this creamy goodness! I love all the components of this smoothie on their own, and blended together they turn into a powerhouse of nutritious yumminess ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿ˜


And once again, one of the best things about this smoothie is that it can be adjusted to suit your personal taste. Not the biggest fan of pineapple? Substitute in apples, or cantaloupe, or whatever you have that sounds good!

Ingredients


- 1 large cucumber (you can peel it if you prefer to remove the skin)

- ยฝ cup mint leaf

- 2 cups pineapple, diced

- 2 TBSP honey, or sweetener to taste

- 1 peeled and pitted avocado, diced

- 3 cups ice


Makes 4 servings


Preparation

Place the cucumber, mint, pineapple, honey/ sweetener, and avocado in a blender. Blend until everything is combined, then add the ice and continue to blend until the mixture is smooth.

Garnish with a few pieces of fresh mint, then serve and enjoy immediately.
